Patty is an exceptional nurse. She has provided great care during a very scary, unexpected, and painful time. She has shown compassion during my inpatient stay. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. Her friendly personality and kindness have helped me tremendously during my stay. She helped calm my nerves and helped me get answers. She was not rushed. It is because of her and her advocacy that I am feeling a bit better and get to go home.

Patty went above and beyond to be innovative and creative to get the patient an essential item that he needed for his pain and recovery. There were multiple physicians on this specific case, and Patty advocated and made multiple phone calls to each of them to urge them to come and talk to the patient and their family.
