I am the wife of a patient who is in Waterman. My husband fell off his E-Bike and fractured his femur and hip. I do not have a car so the family that called the ambulance for me took me to the hospital to be with my husband. When R had his surgery, I had no way to get back home to take care of things at the house. This nurse overheard me speaking and she said, “I can take you home when my shift is over at 7 pm.” So, she took me home, stopped to buy her family dinner, and got a medium pizza for me as well. She truly is an angel, and I will never forget her.
