My very first hospital stay was at South Clinical Campus. The first person I saw when I awoke from surgery was Patti Sass. She treated me like I was the most important person. I knew she served. I was nervous and talked me through it. I felt that I was in such great hands with my PACU nurse. She set a very high standard of care and I appreciate her kindness and the excellent care I received at Albany Medical Center, South Clinical Campus.
