Patricia Scanlon always greets you no matter where you are with a quick smile and the words, "How are you? Are you ok? Can I get or do anything for you?" and she's more than willing to do it for you. Pat truly cares. She makes sure your room is clean and tidy and that you are comfortable. All this on her days that she's not scheduled as your nurse!
