Patricia is soft-spoken and is always working to provide the best care to the residents as well as their families. Patricia is kind and loving and takes her time to get to know her residents. Patricia does not publicize her good deeds she does for the residents, such as bringing their favorite things, or warming their coffee, she gives them Bath and Body Works or Victoria Secret fragrances. I've witnessed the hugs she gives and the hands she has held when the going gets tough. Skills are taught and love comes from the heart. "What comes from the heart reaches the heart".
