Patricia did a very thoughtful and kind act for one of our patients. A patient came into the Endoscopy Unit to have an out-patient procedure. During the interview process, the couple shared that this was their 50th wedding anniversary. They had had big plans for a celebration. The celebration, of course, had to be canceled. Patricia took it upon herself to call the gift shop here at Wesley and have a big bouquet of flowers and balloons delivered to them here in the recovery room. They were overjoyed. Patricia's simple act provided a beautiful memory for them.
