Patti formed a rapport with us which put us at ease, and she answered our questions in layman's terms so that we understood them - and we had a lot of questions. She answered all of them and that made us feel good in the choices that we made while in L&D.

One thing she did that I had never seen before was to write her boss' name and phone # on the board and then tell us that if she was not doing her job to our satisfaction to please call her boss! We knew then that she was the real deal!
