Patricia Walthour demonstrated agility and innovation throughout the pandemic. Pat led in finding an optimal solution to meet patient, staff, and Provider needs for testing for COVID. Pat was instrumental in defining the process, staging area, and resources to support the PPE store and promote inventory management. Pat co-led the vaccine roll-out with a strong plan and resources needed to oversee the clinic.
Throughout all the challenges and changes related to COVID, Pat was key in effective communications to Providers to retain surgery volumes while mitigating risk. Pat and her team were instrumental to provide safe patient care through the pandemic.
Pat also serves as the Nevada market's representative to Common Spirit Health's Surgical Services committee. Pat consistently represents our core values of innovation, integrity, and excellence.
