Patrick is an excellent encourager, educator, and leader because his main objective when coming to work is to SERVE.
Patrick is an amazing coworker and leader to have in your corner. He is very calm and collected, even when the environment is crazy. He knows how to calm/deescalate a situation and brings the best solutions to the table. Without complaint, when given a task, Patrick takes it on and sees it through to completion. He works well with others and is fair across the board. Patrick is selfless when it comes to work. Always the first one to cover when an RN needs a break, the first to stay over when there’s a need or when we are short-staffed…always willing to fall in where there’s an absence of help or support. He is an excellent encourager, educator, and leader because his main objective when coming to work is to SERVE. He leads by example and is a true DAISY Nurse!
