Patrick is one of the kindest, most compassionate nurses I have ever had the honor of working with. He is hard-working and always has a positive attitude, no matter what is thrown his way. He is supportive of his coworkers and is the first to offer to help even when he is busy himself. He respects diversity and acknowledges others' points of view. He is considerate, always lends a helping hand, and is consistently willing to help with our staffing.
Patrick also has outstanding communication skills. He has the most amazing way with patients, especially nervous patients. His calmness and gentleness put Radiology patients at ease. He is always there for his patients, making sure they understand the procedures and that all their questions are answered. He is a strong advocate for quality patient care and is devoted to delivering exceptional care.
Patrick is very professional and well-respected by his fellow nurses and other team members. He is highly dedicated to keeping up on best practices by consistently studying and educating himself during downtime.
Patrick is our "calm" in the storm. His 25 years' experience serves him and us well. He is thorough, skilled, caring, kind, intelligent, respectful and very easy to work with. He deserves to be recognized for his many years of outstanding commitment in providing excellent nursing care to all our patients.
