Rick showed me all the patience in the world. There were times I felt really out of control with my thoughts and feelings in the difficult situation. Rick advocated for me and was able to get me a couple of medications that helped so much. Rick was patient and explained everything to me. He gave me compassionate care and was willing to take extra time with me. I am sure he was very busy, but he made the time. Rick is awesome!
