Patrick came in to an awesome note from a patient's family. The note was thanking him for making a visually impaired patient feel comfortable going through with a procedure. The note read "Dear Patrick, We wanted to thank you for your kindness and patience with my wife. Kindness is loaning someone your strength and your energy instead of reminding them of a weakness they have. Being visually impaired is scary, so you gave her the reassurance she needed to go through her procedure. Thank you so much!". It is great to see the differences our nurses are making out there!
