When I got here I was angry. I had lost hope and given up. There was this nice young man trying to help me and I didn't appreciate it in the beginning. As the hours went by I came to realize that he was a person who really cared about his work and cared about me. You have a JEWEL here that needs to be recognized. I thank Patrick from the bottom of my heart. Everyone here has taken such great care of me and treated me so well; even when I was unkind because I was in pain and afraid. I want to recognize Patrick for all he has done for me. He deserves an award! He has shown me there are people in this world that are truly special.
