Pat Ryan is an exceptional nurse in our Emergency Department, and has recently been promoted to a Charge Nurse on night shift. He is caring, patient, and a great mentor to our staff. He is willing to step in and help at any time, and is available to his staff for any needs they have. Not only is he a great resource and listener, but he is an active participant in meetings and brings forth excellent ideas to better the unit. We are so lucky to have Pat on our team in the Emergency Department, and appreciate all of his hard work each and every shift. Congratulations Pat on receiving the DAISY Award!
