Yesterday I had a left nephrectomy and Pat provided me with a binder to help me with my discomfort. Most important he listened to me with my concerns and encouraged me to be active to help me heal. He would walk with me around the circle and that helped my "gas pain". It really works. I want to thank you for always coming when I call for things such as my IV as it always beeps. I am not just a patient, I am a nurse too. I know that excellence in care should be rewarded with recognition. I will be back in six weeks for part 2 of my surgery. I travel far because this is the best care!
