Patthra is a qualified rare resource and very important to the hospital. Any unit would be proud to have her because she is a very smart and knowledgeable nurse. She deserves to be honored by her colleagues and the hospital. She has worked with me for many years. Not only is she smart and knowledgeable, but she also cares compassionately for her patients. I have seen her calmly spending time with patients to ensure their problems are solved. She always greets patients cheerfully. She is great at calming patients down and relaxing them. They often request her to be their nurse again. She is an inspiration and role model to other employees.
