I wanted to say how much I appreciate the love and care Patti showed me. After coming off a ventilator it's really taking a toll on me, but Patti came in and was kind, gentle, and compassionate about my needs. It's not whether or not she came to my rescue all the time; it's the way she presented herself in a kind, gentle manner. Thank you, Patti, for who you are. You are not only a nurse for Kettering Health, but you are also my hero and heroes are never forgotten.
