For the past three days, Patti has provided excellent care for my mother, both physically and mentally. She makes my mom smile and laugh even while suffering from pneumonia, dementia, and Afib. Also, Patti was very supportive of my mother, brother, and me by helping us form a plan for my mother's future care and placement. She made countless phone calls for us to care facilities, helping us gather information, etc. She was also in close communication with mom's doctors. Her commitment to her job and patients is wonderful.
