January 2026 Honoree
Pattie Foster, RN
I am sixty-two years old. Pattie was my nurse. She was here working fearlessly, diligently, helping me understand issues until I understood things completely. Pattie was my comfort, and I looked forward to seeing her walk in that door at the beginning of her shift. Pattie definitely feels like family and would hug me if I were upset. Her nursing skills were evident.
One night, I was having a bad night dealing with pain; she gave me all my pain medications that she could. Pattie contacted the doctor and had a shot ordered for my hip. That finally gave me pain relief. She is a nurse willing and able to go beyond the normal duties. Pattie is very devoted to her job, and it is hard to find someone like that. Thank you.

Thank you, Pattie, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
