Patty represents "compassionate care in nursing." Patty is always smiling, has a positive demeanor, and is very kind to patients, colleagues, and everyone. She is an amazing nurse that novice nurses have said they want to be like when they grow up in the profession with the number of years she has served. I believe Patty is a role model for all nurses. She has had a positive impact on patients' care, new nurses feeling stressed, overwhelmed and lacking confidence, she will make you feel better, will help you and will remain a resource to you always.
