Patty is an exceptional nurse. She always has a smile on her face and is the first to offer a helping hand, even with the most difficult patients. This particular patient that wrote the letter to Patty was one of those difficult patients. However, Patty's compassionate and genuine caring heart exceeded the standard of care and she went beyond as she always does to leave an imprint on this particular patient.

I don't usually write for the sake of writing, I really mean this and you exemplified someone going about doing their job and doing it well.
