Paul was nominated by a colleague for his positive attitude, good mentor and team player.
Paul is always the comic relief in our group and is by far the most uniting member. Whenever I have patient concerns or am unsure of what to do, I know I can consult him because his information is reliable and he will instruct me as opposed to lecture me. He is truly one of the best team players I have ever known and forms excellent teams around him. I chose to work with this team because he formed a strong collaborative team on P11 and I knew that he would form a strong collaborative team in WOC nursing. He exemplifies a strong positive attitude and will often break up tense situations with a joke or just by breaking out into a song, 80's music is his favorite!"
