Paul came on shift to me in extreme pain in a room where the call bell was not working. Despite not being my nurse, he got pain medications and fixed the call bell and the scanner in my room. I was not kind to him due to my pain, but he was professional, empathetic, and efficient. He is exactly the kind of health professional that everyone wants taking care of them.
