Paul Estiva, BSN, RN

Paul is one of those people who really understands what is needed, follows up so quickly on everything, and is so proactive when things come up. He also deserves special recognition for his conversation with the family member of one of our patients on the care needed with transitioning to comfort care. Paul presented the information to the family in a supportive and non-threatening way which made a huge difference and really helped the family. Paul is phenomenal and everything that he is doing for our patients is appreciated, and we hope we can keep a superstar like him around for some time!
