First and foremost, I would say that when I got a call this morning from Paul, he gave me an update of my beloved mother about her heart rate that was at 58 and the average is 80-120 beats per minute. He asked me on the phone if I was going to visit my mother earlier today. He would not have known that if Paul was not paying attention because I had visited my beloved mother earlier the day before. Paul’s attention to detail is outstanding. Paul would ask me for permission to attend to my beloved mother. He is very helpful to my mother’s needs. I also asked Paul about something I did not understand from my mother’s EEG. Paul put it on the computer screen immediately and explained to me the results. This was outstanding. Paul shows excellent leadership skills and never refused or brushed me off from a request that I asked of him. Paul is A-Plus for the complex and outstanding leader of this team.
