Paul never hesitates to help out his fellow employees. In all situations that Paul is put onto on the unit, he is always calm and works through it. Paul was introduced to me on my first day on the unit as one of the best nurses 6N has to offer. Aside from being a great nurse, Paul is also a phenomenal coworker. Being our unit's IV Champion, Paul has really helped each and every nurse on this unit. He never hesitates to drop whatever he is doing to lend a helping hand to another nurse. When Paul is in charge, or point more often, he will not hesitate to lend a helping hand in any way he can. A small group of us realize that Paul has never received a DAISY Nomination. This was shocking to us as Paul is one of the most deserving nurses for this honor and award. As a unit, we hope you will consider Paul as a DAISY Honoree.
