We were working on adjusting meds both days Paul had me (it was a fail my pain shot up). Paul was caring and empathetic to the pain I was in. He paged the Doctor and ensured that they returned his page in a timely manner. He advocated for me (as I suspect he does for all his patients). Paul helped the Doctor and me find a solution to manage pain and itching while tapering off so I can go home.
Both days Paul has had me he came on shift with my pain symptoms out of control and worked extra hard to get them controlled. Paul also took the time to just listen to me cry and cared about what I was going through.
