Thank you, Paul, for your hands-on approach to patient care. You did everything we asked promptly with care and compassion. My daughter was very upset given the situation and therefore she wasn’t thinking clearly. Thank you for the kind words you said to her. She had to get some things from downstairs, and you went out of your way to make sure everyone knew she was coming down and to be expecting her to come back up. You really helped to calm her down. You have no idea what it meant to us for you to take the time from your busy job to show that much compassion and concern. We need more nurses like you. We thank God for you! Keep up the good work!
