Paul may have broken protocol but when he could find a person to take me up to the hospital room he did, allowing my treatment to start quicker. I am certain this helped my health return sooner. At the same time, Paul took extra efforts to get the lady with dementia in the next room a cane because she thought she had brought, even though she did not. He told her, "Do not worry, you will go home with a cane," then quietly, "It just may not be yours." Paul is excellent at keeping you in the know.
