Paul Wheeler, BSN, RN

I was transferred to Presby ED after being in the Passavant ED for 6 hours. I was in the Presby ED for 12 hours before I came under the care of Paul Wheeler. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated. Paul was awesome. It was evident that he is a down-to-business, do a great job, kind of guy. He didn't mess around. In addition to taking care of me (a hot mess), he was dealing with other staffing challenges. Paul didn't miss a beat. He didn't make it known that he was dealing with barriers, and overcame every challenge with ease. Paul was AMAZING at explaining things to me in a way I understood, but not in being condescending in any way. He was clear, concise, efficient, and effective. And that's only the stuff I witnessed. I'm sure Paul was dealing with many many other work issues outside of my care, but he didn't show it. Paul is an absolutely amazing nurse, and I cannot say enough about him. THANK YOU PAUL!
