We had several RNs and other staff in and out of the room who were all very courteous. Paula always had a smile on her face and an extraordinary personality. When time seemed to pass slowly, she would bounce into the room and it would leave us in laughter. Things were very rough one day, where everything she touched broke, or things just went wrong. Still had a smile on her face with a great attitude; a helpful sign that all would be good soon. I really appreciated her and the help she gave my husband in our difficult time. She is hands-down the best nurse I have ever come in contact with! Paula thank you for making the day with you and our stay a delight with your presence! Our stay on some days was tough, but not as tough as you! You are a true DAISY in our book. Thank you!
