Paula Beacom, RNII

This wonderful lady went above and beyond her call of duty. She made me feel as if everything would be okay; she was kind and gentle and even took time to let me know it was not a fault of mine that this mishap kept happening. It is very embarrassing having a colostomy bag, especially when it keeps leaking. Paula had her own patient, yet she still always helped me. She even made my bed like 3 times and made sure I had clean clothes and or assisted with helping dry and patch me up. Paula made sure I was treated with dignity and respect. I think she deserves praise!!!
