A patient had a procedure at CWH in DI and had no one accompanying them. The hospital arranged a taxi to an assisted care facility, where the patient could spend the night and get home the next day. Paula was concerned about the patient due to a previous health incident which resulted in them being in a wheelchair. Her compassion caused her to drive over and ensure the patient was in a room that night and returned the next day to sign for a taxi for the patient to go home and assisted the patient into the taxi.
