Paula Bertolini, RN
Paula was chosen based on a nomination from a patient, paraphrased: Paula really listened to her, looked at her, and explained things so she could understand. The patient was 74 years old and said she felt she had become invisible due to her age. Paula was so kind and did not make her feel that way.
