Paula was very friendly and approachable. She explained my medications so that I could understand what she was giving me. Every time I wanted or needed something Paula was there and showed she cared. If more people were like Paula the world would be a better place. I believe Paula deserves the DAISY award for her sincerity, compassion, and dedication.

Paula made sure I was comfortable at all times. She ensured that my medication was given to me in a timely manner. She also cared that my pain was controlled. Paula was courteous, loving, and caring as if I were family. She took the time to listen to me. Paula went above and beyond the call of duty with a sense of urgency. I truly felt cared for mentally, emotionally and physically.
