Paula Gonzalez Yeager showed extraordinary care, kindness and empathy towards me after my surgery. Her compassion far exceeded what was expected and she made me feel like I was her only patient, though this was far from true. She is an excellent nurse but more importantly, she is an outstanding person.

Paula exhibited above and beyond care of me while I was a patient. She responded very quickly anytime I called for her. She knew what needed to be done each time and got me back to being comfortable immediately and was very professionally. She explained things to me so that I understood what was happening, easing my anxiety. She did all of this in a calm manner. She was always pleasant to be around and never rushed to get to the next person even though I'm sure she had more than plenty to do. Paula made my stay stress free which promoted a great start towards healing well.
