I frequently receive care in the Infusion Center and have always been well taken care of. Paula is an Extraordinary Nurse. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring; and works very hard to give excellent care.
One day when I arrived at the Infusion Center, Paula was the nurse who admitted me. I hadn't been feeling well, and Paula noticed right away that I was not right. She acted immediately, calling my Doctor with her concerns. After the infusion finished, they drew labs and I was sent straight upstairs to my Doctor's office to be evaluated. It was so nice to be taken care of in this manner, rather than sending me home to later end up at an Urgent Care.
Paula went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Thank you, Paula!
