This nurse was exceptional and made my stay at UPMC pleasant. She was helpful and would check if I need anything. All of the staff was helpful but this person exceeded the duties. She was accessible and easy to get along with. This nurse is amazing. She is very thorough and would go out of the way to express certain needs to my doctor. She was extremely friendly and always kept me well-informed on what was going on. She had a great sense of humor and that was very helpful to me.

This person was kind and comforting. I think she was a great nurse and an awesome role model. She spoke the truth with me but did not sugarcoat anything. I find that refreshing. She does the job exceptionally well. This nurse deserves an award.

My daughter was admitted to the hospital. Everyone who had anything to do with her care was amazing. One nurse stuck out to both me and my husband. She was an angel sent because it’s very scary to have your baby admitted. But through everything, She made sure everything was explained and reassured us everything was okay. She is always so calm and caring which made this experience better. We can’t thank her enough for everything.
