The experience I went through during Paula's shift was the most intense, heartbreaking, and tragic moment of my life. Paula stepped in when it became overwhelming and unbearable. She gave me the comfort, guidance, and strength I needed until I was able to get relief. Afterward, she effortlessly created moments of laughter, erased all sense of embarrassment, and helped me feel human again with the highest quality of care.
As amazing as Paula was with me, it completely pales in comparison to the dignity and care she provided to my daughter! Her treatment of my baby girl was beyond anything I can put into words and it will stay with my heart forever.
My husband and I want to thank Paula from the bottom of our hearts.
