From a follow-up discharge phone Paula's patient said she would like to recognize her nurse. She said she was an angel! She was so scared going into the OR and Paula comforted her and held her hand until she didn't remember anything while on the table. She also used the words fantastic and sweet to describe Paula. I am proud to work with associates like Paula who show her compassion and care to our patients.
