We had a positive experience in the hospital's ED recently for my husband's illness. My husband has white coat syndrome, and generalized anxiety.At the ED, my husband had a severe anxiety attack and started to hyperventilate. I will never forget hearing her calm voice telling him to breath and everything will be fine. Paula soothed all his emotional as well as physical needs. He never stops talking about how great you are at what you do, and I'm the proof of that.
This experience could have been very bad, but thanks to Paula's quick action and experience, and the whole team our experience was memorable. Your ED team is excellent, empathetic and efficient, they met all our needs, even before I realized we had needs. Thank you.
