December 2025 Honoree
Paula Roblero, RN
Paula Roblero, an RN in OB at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, was praised in her nominations for showing extreme compassion and dedication during not only her patients’ stay at the hospital but also through the birth of both of her children. Her nomination letter praised her for her patience and kindness and for being there for her patient “every step of the way”.
The nomination goes on to say, “During both of my births, she was the one who prepared me to push and helped me with my breathing, the one who told me I was doing an amazing job, and made sure I was heard about any concerns I had.” The nomination concludes by saying. “You never forget the nurse who helped give you such an amazing birth experience, the one who heard you, saw you, and made sure to be there through it all, and my nurse was Paula.”
