Over my three years as a resident I have worked with Paula for several months. From being a brand new intern and her showing me the ropes, patiently teaching me, and holding me accountable to being a senior resident in my last year and efficiently yet compassionately talking about care plans. Paula is a class act. She is experienced and competent. Paula cares about her patients. Treats everyone with kindness and respect and comes to work with a positive attitude. She makes her colleagues smile and a better place to be. She has worked here for many years and deserves recognition.
