This amazing and kind Charge Nurse has worked at HCA for over twenty years, all while managing the multitude of tasks assigned to her as Charge Nurse, along with overseeing exceptional care of her staff and their patients. Paula has such a strong foundation of knowledge in our area that not only inspires us but also encourages us to learn new things every day.

Paula's quick thinking and strong sense of leadership promotes efficient and exceptional care for all of our patients. Paula continues continuity of care through establishing care of patients at ROC that then come to delivery at OPMC. Often patients feel a sense of security when they see her upon admission.
