I was admitted on time with a smile and a warm welcome. Paula allayed my nerves. My procedure was delayed; however, she kept me informed of the timescale and explained the outline of the process that I would experience. Following surgery, Paula was able to patiently explain my aftercare (Eye drops dosage, etc.) in great detail, answering all my questions calmly & professionally. Great patient care; always available to assist and to offer words of encouragement. Good sense of humour, too, which helps. Thank you.
