I am a full-time working spouse here at NAS Lemoore, and Paula helped me be seen and get taken care of. For a whole week, I was experiencing horrible pain while breastfeeding, but with two kids, working full time, and my husband in workups, I had no time to be seen. Finally, I couldn't take it any longer and called Paula at Naval Health Clinic Lemoore. My work hours lined-up with her work hours, and I don't have the earned time off to take a day or even an hour from work. Paula was able to see me on my lunch, making it possible for me to get help. She saw me right away, discussed possible causes, put in a script, and gave me resources for further information. Her customer service and care made it possible to get treatment and I cannot stress how much that means to me. It was really nice to be the priority for once, when often I forget about my needs.
