Paula went above and beyond to help my husband and family during an emergent and physically draining time. She is very personable. She explained things in better detail in regard to our cardiac unit stay and she even brought us to the new ward he would be moving to and introduced us to the staff. She put in for a pastoral visit after sensing emotional turmoil which was great! She is a God-send and an angel!
