Paula goes above and beyond her duties to help in every way. She is always kind and thoughtful. After sitting with an ill behaved patient for half my shift, Paula took it upon herself to come offer me a break. She willingly sat with my patient so a fellow employee could take lunch. She is the most humble and selfless person to ever work as Nursing Supervisor and deserves to be recognized for her greatness!
