Paula goes above and beyond. I remember a time a family was going through a very difficult time with a loved one, their circumstances drew Paula in. She helped in any way possible. She also kept us updated on the girl's recovery. The family didn't have much money, but wanted to express their gratitude to the unit, so Paula bought the ICU Dunkin Donuts to express gratitude and give thanks for the wonderful job they did.

Paula is an overachiever. She sees that patients are always satisfied and if not they will be by the end of the day. She is sweet and thoughtful and full of love.
