Paula was our nurse on several nights. I can sleep well with Paula as my granddaughter's nurse. I knowmy granddaughterwill get the utmost care and I am very pleased with her compassion and bedside manner. She is always on task and does an amazing job. Paula has truly touched us and has found her true calling!

Paula is a great nurse. She is always very gentle and has a great bedside manner. Paula is kind and always asks what we think before she does something to or with my baby. If I could I would take Paula as my respite nurse at home. When she's not with patients, Paula is looking over my daughter's chart and finding better ways to help with our baby's care. My dad loves her as our nurse!

She does not hesitate in taking charge in a tense situation or crisis and will seek assistance immediately if it is needed. She gives direction to helpers in detail and concise instructions with respectful confidence. Her coworkers talk of her with respect and admiration. Paula is a phenomenal example of what a caregiver should be.
